After playing our game against Marine City, it brought the overall record for the varsity Lady Saints to 2-1, with a 1-0 record in the Gold Division of the MAC.

Plagued by more injuries and illness than we've been all season, with seven players either being restricted in their minutes or completely unable to participate, we set up the proper game plan and made the most of our short bench to pull off a 2-0 win against our biggest rival. That would not have been possible without the help of three of our freshman players, including regular varsity player Lily Osiwala, who put us on the board with our first goal, followed by a beautiful assist on our second score. In addition to Osiwala's help we also pulled up two other players from our JV squad for their varsity soccer debuts, Alexis Joshua and Ella Gilbert, both of whom made significant positive impacts on the game. Elia Tracy scored our second goal, despite being restricted in her minutes played.

The next game scheduled for the Lady Saints is set for this Friday, April 13, with a 6:00 kickoff against division opponent Lamphere HS, to be played at the PAC.
