Our meeting with the Trojans of Clawson High School proved to be another challenging match for the Lady Saints, ending in a 1-1 tie and bringing our record to 2-1-2.
Once again suffering from multiple injuries, some sustained prior to the game and others during, our team was forced to play the bulk of the contest with only two substitutes.
Our only score was made by a fearless Natalie Booms, who fought her way through heavy pressure to force the ball into the net after receiving a beautiful cross from sophomore Elia Tracy. Despite the best efforts of our team, we were only able to put there other shots on goal, all taken by Tracy.
Our next meeting is tonight at Port Huron Northern High School, with a 6:00 start.
