In the Junior Varsity Boys' basketball game versus Lake Shore, the team found itself trying to beat the Shorians of Lake Shore for a third time this season. Down 29-31 at halftime, the team had to overcome its first half mistakes to come away with a 58-49 victory. The Saints were led by Ryan Zimmer's 21 points, 17 of which were scored in the second half. Brady Gleason scored 6 points in the second half to tally 13 points. Jared Liniarski and Lance Schweihofer each scored 7 points. Austin Schweiger added 6 points and Griffin Delore rounded out the scoring with 4 points. Joe Phillips provided aggressive offense rebounding and Max Gottler, Kevin Rogers, Luke Pietrykowski, and Reid Packan contributed stifling defense to the victor's cause. The Saints are 11-4 and next play Warren Mott at home on Friday night.
