The freshman Saints found themselves down double digits at the half verses an athletic East Point team. St.Clair responded with their best half of the season however it wasn't enough and lost 63-57 to the Shamrocks.
St.Clair posted a 22 point third quarter led by Joe Lindman scoring 11 in the frame, he had 31 for the game, and was still down four to start the fourth quarter. After tying the game at 50, the Saints could not get key stops down the stretch and the Shamrocks held on.
Drew McCartney chipped in with 13 points while Peyton Ellis added 5. Seven of the ten dressed players scored for St.Clair who return to action next Wednesday at home against Warren Woods Tower, game time is set for 4:30.
