Lady Saints Sweep Tri-Meet

Lose: 195 - 239
The Lady Saints Golf team picked a great day to shoot their best round of the season. The Saints carded a team total of 195 to earn the sweep of Clawson (239), Fraser (301) and Port Huron High (219). Kylee Rennie shot a team low 46, followed by Sofie Russell's 47, Cam Smith's season best 49 and Kate Johns 53.
With the wins the team improves to 5-2 on the season and sets up a big week as they battle Lamphere and Chippewa Valley. The only two teams to defeat them this season. Both matches are at St.Clair Golf Club at 2:30pm.

St.Clair Wraps up League Play with 2nd Place Finish

Lose: -
The Lady Saints Golf team wrapped up MAC Blue play on Wednesday and earned a solid second place finish in the tournament.
Senior Kylee Rennie and Sophomore Sofie Russell led the Saints shooting 99. Both players also earned All League Honors. Senior Cam Smith played well ans shot a 103 while Kate Johns added a 113. Maya and Marissa Lambert also played for St.Clair.
The Saints finish league play with an 8-4 record, good enough for second place behind Chippewa Valley who also won the league tournament.
St.Clair travels to Huron Meadows Metro Park Monday for the Division II Region Tournament.

Lady Saints Win Streak Continues

Lose: 227 - 256
The Lady Saints Golf team rattled off their sixth consective win last Tuesday. This time it was a 227-256 defeat of Lamphere. Sophomore Sofie Russell led the charge with a 49 followed by Cam Smith (54) and Kylee Rennie (57). Maya Lambert also scored for the Saints.
With the win the Saints improve to 6-2 on the season and set up a big match against Chippewa Valley for a share of the conference lead.
The Saints will play Chippewa Valley, Utica and the conference tournament this week before Regionals next week at Huron Meadows Golf Course in Brighton, Michigan.
Saints Even Record With Convincing Win

Lose: 217 - 249
The Lady Saints Golf Team evened their record at 2-2 on the season with a convincing 217 - 248 victory over Port Huron on Tuesday. Sophomore Sofie Russell led the charge with a 46 while Kylee Rennie added a 55. Kate Johns and Cam Smith also scored for the Saints.
The team returns to action on Thursday at Maple Lane Golf Course with a tri-match against Fraser, Clawson and the Red Hawks of Port Huron. GO SAINTS!
Lady Saints earn first Victory of Season

Lose: 225 - 255
It was a long and wet course for the Lady Saints to overcome and earn their first victory of the season over Clawson Hgh School.
Sophomore Sofie Russell led the way shooting a match low 49. Kylee Rennie, Cam Smith and Kate Johns also scored for St.Clair who won by a convincing 30 strokes.
The Saints return to action next Tuesday against Port Huron at Soitudes Links.
Lady Saints Golf Team Drops First Two Matches of Season

Win: 212 - 207
The Lady Saints Golf team dropped their first two matches of the season by a combined six strokes. On Tuesday they battled but fell one shot short against Lamphere. Sophomore Sofie Russell led the way with a 47. On Thursday the Saints fought through rain, mud and Chippewa Valley only to come up short by five strokes. Senior Kylee Rennee led the way shooting a 49.
Kate Johns, Cameron Smith, Aubrey Pringle, Maya Lambert and Marissa Lambert also played for St.Clair this week.
The Lady Saints return to action on Tuesday at home against Clawson. Tee time is set for 2:30
